Training for fitness looks different for every individual. Some people may be looking to improve their ability on a field while others are simply looking to increase longevity and quality of life. As a former NCAA athlete, I have been exposed to many different training styles and practices. My Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialty (CSCS) equips me with the knowledge to truly understand and digest each person’s individual goals and set up the game plan to accomplish them.

In order to truly understand what we are training for, we must first recognize our own unique but specific goals. Once we have developed a game plan mentally, we will push our bodies further than we have before and reach heights we previously assumed were impossible. When the mind and body are truly working together, there is no dream that cannot be conquered!
